1. What this app is. 0x2ALL is a software tool that automates the execution of a publicly documented trading strategy. We develop and provide only the automation software. We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, fund manager or financial institution. We do not offer, recommend or intermediate the purchase or sale of derivatives or any asset.

2. Custody is fully yours. You keep exclusive custody of all your assets and private keys at all times. The developer never has access to your capital, keys or recovery phrase. The only payment to the developer is the software activation fee: 2% of each deposit, charged at deposit time — nothing is charged on profits, withdrawals or trades. Transfers are made from your own account, on your own initiative when using the software.

3. The decision is yours. By starting the bot, you declare that you read the strategy, understood how it works, liked it and chose to operate it at your own risk. The automation executes rules; it does not make investment decisions for you nor guarantee any outcome.

4. Risk of total loss. Leveraged derivatives carry an extreme risk of total loss of capital. Real-world data shows most retail traders lose money. Nothing in this app is a promise of profit. Only use funds you can afford to lose.

5. Your jurisdiction is your responsibility. It is solely your responsibility to verify whether trading crypto derivatives is legal and permitted in your jurisdiction and whether you are eligible. If it is prohibited where you live, do not use this app. Any use in violation of local law is entirely your responsibility.

6. Your taxes are your responsibility. You are solely responsible for declaring to the competent authorities and paying all taxes due on your gains, income or operations, according to the laws of your country of tax residence or any other jurisdiction that applies to you. The developer does not collect, withhold, report or pay taxes on your behalf, and does not provide tax advice. Ignorance of tax obligations does not exempt you from them.

7. No financial advice. All content is educational and informational, not investment advice or financial, legal or tax advice.

8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for losses, lost profits, market failures, network failures, exchange decisions, or the strategy's outcome. You use the software at your own risk.

9. No solicitation. You declare that you sought out and obtained this software on your own initiative. The developer did not offer, advertise or promote this software to you personally, in your country of residence or in your language through targeted marketing. Nothing in this software constitutes an offer of securities, derivatives or any financial product. If you received this software from someone else, that person acted on their own initiative, not on behalf of the developer.

10. Built with AI — use on a dedicated device. This software was developed with the assistance of artificial intelligence models, by a developer who is not a professional software engineer. Several different AI models were used to audit the code and minimize bugs and attack surfaces, but there is NO guarantee the software is free of defects, security flaws or vulnerabilities. Bugs may exist that could put your device or funds at risk. RECOMMENDATION: use this software on a dedicated or secondary device — an old phone WITHOUT your bank apps, main accounts or sensitive data. If you choose to install it on your main device, you assume all risks associated with its use.

11. How the app uses your money — leverage. The app opens positions sized at your entire wallet balance, using the maximum leverage available for each asset (between 10x and 50x). The margin supporting each position is small — many positions can be open at the same time, each risking ~1% of your balance. Because the take-profit targets are long (+30%, +90% and +210%), the app can hold many positions with open unrealized profit. A sharp turn in the market can cause a drastic change in your available balance on the exchange.
