Version 9 — last updated: 21 October 2026.
1. Summary. 0x2ALL is software that runs on your Android phone. We run no account server: the app asks for no name, email or phone number, has no login and does not send us your data. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, and the website sets no cookies.
2. Data that stays on your phone. Your recovery phrase and keys are generated or imported on the device and stored encrypted with the Android Keystore; they never leave the phone. Settings, trade history and activity logs are also stored only on the device. Android backup is disabled for the app: uninstalling it erases this data, so keep your recovery phrase on paper.
3. Third parties the app talks to. To operate, the app connects directly to the Hyperliquid exchange API and to an Arbitrum network RPC node. These providers necessarily see your public wallet address, the transactions you sign and your connection's IP address, under their own policies. Transactions recorded on a blockchain are public and permanent by nature — we cannot change or erase them.
4. The website. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver pages and to determine your country, used only to apply the jurisdiction restrictions. When an access is blocked, the site records only the block itself — event, country, region, route and time — with no IP address and no visitor identifier, and we keep no database of our own. Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage and is not sent to us. For measurement, the site keeps aggregate counters — page views per day and per language, plus APK downloads — with no IP address, no cookie and no identifier capable of singling out a visitor; these counts cannot be linked to a person.
5. Deposit fee. The 2% fee charged on each deposit is an on-chain transfer from your wallet to a fixed address of the developer. We do not receive any other information about you.
6. Your rights. Because we do not collect or store personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. You control all data on your device and can erase it at any time by uninstalling the app. Requests concerning the providers in sections 3 and 4 must be made to them.
7. Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
